Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your June Plum London piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Personalised or custom orders are non-returnable
- Bag straps purchased separately are non-returnable
Process To initiate a return, contact
us at juneplumlondon@outlook.com within 28 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
